How do I order?

It`s simple!  Take a look at our samples page for ideas, then just give us a call or email with your details, send us any logos you may have, the key points about your business, any messages you wish to get across.

 

We will then email you back an artwork proof for you to amend or approve.

 

Once you are happy with the design, choose your wallet type and colour.

 

Finally please provide payment, and we will go to print!

 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by debit card or credit card(2% surcharge), Bacs payment, cheque or cash. Sorry we do not accept Paypal, livestock or buttons although a deal on interesting cheese may be considered!

How much is Delivery?

Delivery to standard fedex areas 2 or 3 is £10 for orders of 1000, £12 for 2000 and £15 for 3 or 5000.

Anywhere else please call us for a quote.

Which Courier do you use?

We use Fedex as we have found them the most reliable. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier through parcels2go etc.

 

Can I collect My order personally?

Yes of course...we will even get the kettle on when you come!!

 

How are they packed?

Each 1000 wallets is packed and sent in an outer box containing 10 sturdy white display boxes of 100 wallets

 

How long do you take to process my order?

We can usually complete most orders in 3-10 days depending on the workload at the time, but are also happy to try to meet a tighter deadline if necessary.

 

Do you also supply A4 wallets so the certificate does not need folding?

We can, but all of our customers who have tried them concluded that they were a little clumsy and unecessary....if you give someone any A4 sheet of paper to keep, usually the first thing they will do is fold it in half.

 

Can you also supply unprinted A5 Wallets?

Yes please see the products/pricing page.

 

Do you charge extra for artwork, films, screens, setup etc?

No, we hope you will come back for a re-order so we cover these costs.

 

Can you print more than 1 colour?

We can if necessary for an additional charge, please contact us for details.

 

what colours can you print?

Our stock colours are Blue, red, black and green. If you require a different colour....there is no charge if we have stock at the time, but there will be a charge for pantone matches or any colour we dont have on stock.

 

What exactly do you mean by orange peel?

Orange peel polypropylene means that the surface of the material has a fine emboss on the surface. It is still clear and the contents are still perfectly readable.
